Good gym, easy signup

I signed up for a single club membership last week. The website was easy to navigate and I got my confirmation email fast. The gym itself is nice and clean, no issues there.

Consistent service as always

I've been a member for a couple of years now and always come back to Fitness First. This time I renewed my multi-club membership and it was just as straightforward as before. They're reliable and I always know what to expect with the facilities.

Love my new membership!

Just joined Fitness First with an FFX membership and I'm so happy! The classes are amazing, especially the BodyPump, and the free weights area is fantastic. The staff were really welcoming when I had my bodyfirst induction too. Can't wait to go back!

Detailed thoughts on my membership

I recently signed up for a multi-club gym membership online. The process was quite smooth, I found the options clear, and the 'no joining fee' offer was a good incentive. Once I got to the club, the staff were helpful with my initial induction. I've used the cardio equipment and attended a yoga class, both of which were great. The swimming pool access is a big plus for me. The changing rooms are generally clean, though sometimes a bit busy after peak classes. Booking classes online is straightforward but popular ones fill up fast. Overall, it's a solid gym experience with good facilities and a variety of classes.

Decent gym, delivery was slow

I purchased a guest pass for a friend and while the gym itself is good, the email with the pass took almost a day to arrive which was a bit inconvenient as we wanted to go sooner. The facilities are great though, especially the spin studio. Could be a bit faster with digital deliveries.

Thinking of joining, do they ever do deals on the joining fee? Or like, a free month?

K Kyle Lee 1 week ago
Yeah, they totally do! I got my first month free when I signed up last January. Keep an eye out around seasonal times.

They often waive the joining fee, like 20-50 quid saving. I used a Black Friday deal a couple years ago for that. A free month is less common but happens.

Is the multi-club membership worth it? Or should I just stick to my local one?

A Amber 5 days ago
Depends on how much you travel or if you want to try different classes. I'm in London and use it to hit different gyms near work and home. If you're staying put, probably not.

For me, no. I only ever go to the one near my house. It's more expensive for multi-club afaik, so unless you're going to use that feature, save some cash.
